Can I use roofing asphalt instead of the nursery pruning paint?
I see a residue on my shrubs and groundcovers after the sprinklers have run. Some of the plants’ leaves are turning brown around the edges. What could the problem be?
My plants have brown edges around their leaves. It starts at the tips of the leaves and works its way completely to the bottoms of the leaves. Is that a disease?
Is it better to water frequently and not to use as much at a watering, or less often and more heavily?
What types of sprinklers are best?

What can you tell me about the sweating pipes that are sold to be buried in the ground? They’re supposed to water uniformly, with absolutely no evaporation or runoff. I think they’re made of old, ground-up rubber tires.
