Question: My flower and vegetable transplants died within a few days of being planted into the garden. What went wrong?

Answer: Usually that’s either because you let them get too dry, or else they weren’t acclimatized to the sun, wind and temperatures to which they were suddenly exposed. Make sure your transplants are always toughened (“hardened”) before you set them out.
