Question: My peppers quit setting fruit this summer. Why?

Answer: Peppers and their cousins tomatoes both will do that. It’s a reaction to the high temperatures we have here in the summer, and it’s more a problem with bell peppers than it is with the smaller types. Keep the plants healthy and vigorous, and they should come back into flower and fruit with fall’s cooler weather.
