Meet Gonzo, a 2-year-old Australian Cattledog mix, who weighs 40 pounds and is looking for a new, wonderful owner. His previous wonderful owners surrendered him to the SPCA of Texas on Nov. 3 because they had to move and could no longer afford him. This was very hard for them because he’s such a great dog. He’s loving (to everyone, including kids, dogs and cats), playful and fun, well-behaved (housebroken, crate-trained) and knows commands like sit, shake, down and roll. His previous family kept him inside, but they enjoyed many long walks together and visits to the dog park. He has already been neutered, microchipped and given his age-appropriate vaccinations, so come meet Gonzo today! #136584

Bonnie

Bonnie

Meet Bonnie, a 6-year-old, 9-pound, beautiful blue cat. Her chin is white, and she wears a dark, striped necklace. Her breed is Domestic Shorthair mix. She was surrendered to the SPCA of Texas because she had a medical problem and needed treatment. She’s better now and looking forward to moving to her new home. Her owner says she is a sweet and friendly cat. She’s quiet, but if you’re sitting down, she’ll come over for petting! Trying to get used to the activity in the shelter, she sometimes likes to lie in her bed covered with a blanket! But she really loves when someone comes by and pets her all over! She will head bump into your hand to keep you petting her! She has been spayed, tested for FIV/FeLV (she’s negative), microchipped, and has received age-appropriate vaccinations. She loves her people, dogs and other cats. Her hobbies are chasing and pouncing on things that crackle. She’d love to meet you. Come meet Bonnie today! #90313

Miles

Miles

Meet Miles, a 6-year-old, 39-pound Labrador mix. He was surrendered to a humane officer on Sept. 24. He has had a rough past, but look at him now! He’s so ready to find his furrrrever home! He is a very shy guy, and it takes him a little while to warm up to people, but it’s worth it, we promise. He’s a sweetheart who just wants a quiet place to live a comfortable life. He would do best in a home with no kids under the age of 10. He’s quite the little angel once you get to know him! He will shower you with kisses and cuddles. He has been neutered, microchipped and given all age-appropriate vaccinations. What do you say? Meet Miles today! #135866

Dominique

Dominique

Meet Dominique, a 5-year-old, 8-pound Domestic Shorthair mix. She came to the SPCA of Texas on Nov. 26, when she was transferred from another shelter. She has been on quite a journey to find her furrrever home! She is just a smidge shy in her new environment, but with a couple of chin rubs, she’s purring and happy to be your friend! She gets along just fine with other cats, and she shares a condo with a few feline pals. She has a beautiful coat — some brown tabby stripes and some orange tabby stripes! She is very sweet, and she can see you cuddling up with her to watch the morning news with a cup of coffee every morning. Can you see it, too? She has been spayed, microchipped and given all age-appropriate vaccinations. Come meet Dominique today. You’re sure to fall in love! #136989
