New Bed Revisited

Last month I showed you two large areas in which our St. Augustine has played out over the years. Simply put, there wasn’t enough sunlight to keep the grass growing. We have planted a couple thousand mondograss, Persian ivy and wintercreeper euonymus plants out of the greenhouse and other parts of our landscape into the beds along with a mix of nice hollies. It’s far from mature, but it’s a bunch better than it was before. We’ll give you one more look in a year or so.
