Question: I have globs of sap all along the trunk and limbs of my peach tree. What causes that?

Answer: Usually that’s from bacterial stem canker, an especially troublesome disease. The fungicidal spray you make for peach leaf curl in November will usually help. This is more of a problem with plums, but it can also damage peaches.
