Question: I have not had good luck with lilies. Is there a secret to getting them to establish here in Texas?

Answer: Indeed. It’s simply too hot for most true lilies. While they may bloom fairly well one year, they rarely establish and come back year after year. Several exceptions, such as ‘Enchantment’ and ‘Triumphator’ are good for Texas conditions. Your favorite independent retail garden center will have the most precise localized advice.
