Answer: Yes, although rubber plants are huge trees in their native homes in the tropics. Eventually you’ll either have to find it a larger room or start over. Move it into the garage as you cut it back, or put plastic drop cloths beneath the stems. They will drip a sticky white latex all over your floor after you make your cuts.
