Question: I have swarms of tiny gnats that fly up while I’m walking across my lawn. Do they do any harm? Should I worry about spraying them?

Answer: They do no damage to the turf or to you. Although general-purpose insecticides will eliminate them easily, it would be hard to justify doing it.
