Question: What tips do you have for harvesting leaf lettuce? Do I cut it all at once, or let it keep growing?

Answer: If you’re making your first harvest, you can pluck the leaves individually. Don’t pick the oldest leaves, and leave the growing tips to produce more leaves. As the plants mature and you’ve made one or two harvests already, you can begin to take more of each plant, including their growing tips. Once the plants start to bolt to flower you need to complete all harvesting immediately.
