Answer: Brussels sprouts aren’t easy in Texas, but they can certainly be grown. Plant them in late winter, 4 to 6 weeks prior to the last killing freeze date. Your fall planting may be more rewarding. Set the transplants out 3 months prior to the average first-frost date.
